• MEP Comments:
1. Compliance with SBC & Saudi national water company requirements to be mentioned.
2. Cross reference to related system with SCADA in other O&M manuals to be considered.
3. Operation and maintenance sections don't include all system components such as but not limited to
workstation sensors, server, cabling …etc.
4. Sequence of operation shall include all system modes (normal, emergency stop scenario, fire alarm
scenario) with all set points taking in to consideration that there must be no conflict between SCADA
automatic mode (logic software) and manual mode operation.
5. Complete drawings and diagrams showing the sequence of operation of all systems interfaced with
SCADA to be provided.
6. Ring network diagram shall be provided.
7. Operating system manuals to be provided in details with any applicable licenses.
8. Preventive matrix shall include all system component and devices.
9. Table including all names and tags of devices in the project complying with names in the SCADA
operating system (HMI-Names) shall be attached.
