I. Question one (1) is compulsory.
II. Choose two from the remaining questions.

1. Perform the following skills. [14

a. Sit – ups X 10. [4]
b. Frog jumps X 10. [4]
c. Hand walk, (10 steps). [4]
d. Caterpillar walk, (10 metres). [4]

2. Warm ups are divided into two. Preform some warm – up activities by
following both divisions of warm ups. [8]
3. Perform the basic gymnastic positions below. [8]
a. Tuck positions (lying and squatting). [2]
b. Pike position. [2]
c. Straddle position. [2]
d. Front support position. [2]
4. In groups of six (6) form a simple pyramid. [8]
5. In groups of three (3) perform three (3) locomotor activities. Thereafter,
perform the following activities.
i) Head stand. [2]
ii) Long reach. [2]
iii) Forward roll X 6. [2]
iv) Duck walk, (10 metres). [2]
