Report for Operable Unit II at the Ewan Property Site in Shamong Township, New Jersey. This report

Administrative Order Index No. II-CERCLA-95-0107 dated May 19, 1995.

Actions Taken Toward Achieving Compliance With Order During Past Month

AECOM and the Respondents have been in regular contact with USEPA regarding
Operable Unit II. Specific activities are noted below:

 On June 10, 2021, the May 2021 monthly progress report was submitted to
USEPA and NJDEP.
 On June 14, 2021, USEPA forwarded an e-mail providing details of oversight
costs invoiced to the Group.
 On June 15, 2021, USEPA forwarded an e-mail providing an update to the status
of removal of the site from the NPL.
 On June 29, 2021, an inspection of the site and restoration area was conducted.

 Continue post-remediation monitoring in accordance with the approved sampling

program;
 Submit monthly progress reports and groundwater quality reports in accordance
with the approved monitoring and reporting program including the offsite well
sampling program report; and
 Conduct periodic post-site restoration maintenance in accordance with the site
restoration plan.
