DEED OF DONATION

This DEED OF DONATION was made and executed between Sps. AA, lawful husband and wife, both of
legal age, residing at 2 Rizal St., Legazpi City, collectively as DONOR, in favor of their daughter BB, Filipino,
of legal age, married to CC residing at 3 Rizal St., Legazpi City, hereinafter called the DONEE.

WITNESSETH

That the DONOR is the owner of 2 lots situated at______, which they purchased in installment from DD
and which they have already paid in full but titles to which have not been issued, and which properties are
particularly described as follows:

That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONOR and the DONEE mutually have for
each other and as act of liberality and generosity, the DONOR hereby voluntarily and freely give, transfer
and convey by way of donation, unto said DONEE, her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, all the
rights, title and interest which said DONOR have in the above-described real properties, together with all the
improvements therein, free from liens, encumbrances and charges whatsoever;

That this DONATION is not made with the object of defrauding their creditors, having reserved to
themselves property sufficient for their debts prior to this date;
That the DONEE hereby receives and accepts this gift and donation made in her favor by the DONOR, and
she hereby expresses her appreciation and gratefulness for the kindness and generosity of the DONOR.

That the acceptance of the DONEE, who is presently staying at ______ is contained in a separate
instrument which is herewith attached as Annex “A” and made an integral part hereof, clearly stating her
appreciation and gratefulness to the DONOR and stating likewise her acceptance of the said donation.
