A hearing on Defendant's Motion for Change of Venue will be held on June 27, 2024, at 10:00 a. m.

PT. The hearing will be in-person, open to the public, and streamed live on the Court's YouTube channel.

Defendant's opening brief, witness list, and any evidence the defense wishes to present in support of the

Motion for Change of venue must be filed by May 31, 2024. The State's response brief, witness list, and any

evidence in opposition to the Motion must be filed by June 14, 2024. Any reply by Defendant must be filed

by June 20, 2024.
