Payment Terms:
Supply Payment Terms:
 20% advance along with LOI / PO against ABG.
 20% against GA drawings approval.
 Balance 60% 10 days prior to start of dispatches on Prorated Basis.

 30% advance along with LOI / PO.
 70% thru irrevocable sight LC (Letter of Credit) which will be opened within 7 days after
GA drawings approval

Kindly Note: Advance payments (irrespective of % of advance agreed) shall be recovered on

prorated basis.

Erection Payment Terms:

 30% advance along with Erection Order.
 50% on erection of structure for each building/block Prorated Basis.
 10% on completion of roof sheeting for each building/block Prorated Basis.
 10% on completion of each building/block Prorated Basis.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
SUPPLY:
On receipt of Buyer’s Supply Order, supply will be affected as per the following schedule:-

GA Drawings, Structure Color & Sheeting Color sample Submission: As per attached
Schedule GA Drawings, Structure Color, Sheeting Color Approval: will discuss & agreed
mutually
Products Supply: will discuss & agreed mutually

ERECTION:
On receipt of Buyer’s Erection Order, unloading and erection will be effected as per the
following schedule: will discuss & agreed mutually

• Unloading: On receipt of Products at Site by EIL within 24 Hours of vehicle reporting at site.
Detention charges levied by transporter beyond this period will be to EIL account and shall be
paid before release of next vehicle by EIL
• Erection: will discuss & agreed mutually

Validity: This price sheet is valid till 24 Hours only from the date hereof.

Please note that the terms & conditions for Supply & Erection will remain same as per Technical
Offer, Erection Offer & Comment Sheet, OPP-1001-B1-R1 2023 Dated 24.11.2023.
