We have a few requirements listen below…

• 629 or higher credit score

• No criminal background
• No previous evictions
• Make 3x the monthly rent
• Each person over 18 must complete the background check
• No co signers
• 2 forms of government ID
• $75 application fee
• Renters insurance (coverage must be $300,000.00 or more)
