Perpetual Education Fund Priesthood Endorsement Form

Instructions for the bishop or branch president: PEF funds come from sacred contributions,
including the repayments of past PEF participants. Using these funds is a privilege reserved for
those who demonstrate that they are worthy, needy, and determined. This form will help you to
evaluate whether a member qualifies to apply for a PEF loan. A member may apply for a PEF loan
after they obtain a signed priesthood endorsement. Endorsements are valid for 12 months. After
an endorsement has expired, participants needing additional funds must obtain another priesthood
endorsement.
