1. I hereby commit to NOT do anything of the following during the duration of my employment
with my EMPLOYER:
a. Engage in any business or occupation which may render me a competitor of my EMPLOYER,
whether directly or indirectly;
b. Enter into any transaction which may, either directly or indirectly, compete or help another
person or entity compete with my EMPLOYER; and
c. Work for or have any interest in, whether directly or indirectly, any person, entity, or
business which may interfere with my performance of my duties to my EMPLOYER or may
conflict with my EMPLOYER’s interests.

2. I understand that I may be held liable for breach of the duties and responsibilities of my
employment if I do any of the above and that, as a result, penalties may be imposed upon me by
my EMPLOYER, the maximum of which shall be the TERMINATION OF MY EMPLOYMENT.

3. I have read and understood the above and I am executing this document voluntarily and of my
own free will.
