They are personally known to me to be the persons of good moral character and reputation. Many of
them have been teaching in different public elementary schools in Mapun District, Division of Tawi-Tawi
as Voluntary Teachers. It is their utmost desires to continue serving their fellowmen in the field of
education.

Obviously, we are in dire need of elementary grade teachers in Mapun District to cater the academic
needs especially with the influx of more pupils in the different schools in our Municipality.

It is earnestly hoped that this request for recommendation of the said applicants will be given
