Warranty Against Claims

We understand and agree that part of the scope of supply of services that we have
undertaken for LBS Digital Infrastructure Corp. “LDIC” under the Frame Supply work
Agreement (FWSA) with <Name of Vendor/Contractor> that upon turnover of
any of the site we have undertaken under the aforementioned FSA FWA to LLDIC and upon
LDIC’s acceptance that there should be no outstanding obligations regarding any of the
sites and that we, as their service contractor shall be held fully responsible for any
obligations incurred in delivering our service to LDIC.

In this regard, we hereby certify to LDIC that Site Name/ID <Site Name/ID>
: ______________________________________________ has been completed on ____<Date in
FAC>_____. _______

[(a)] We and our agents, employees, staff, and personnel will ensure that we have fully
settled all obligations incurred to our own suppliers, sub-contractors and other
third parties who may have been involved in delivering the services to LDIC before
we deliver said site to LDIC for acceptance of the site.
[(b)] In the event any claims will be raised against LDIC with regards to the services we have
delivered for the site, it will be deemed as a violation of our of our warranty and we
shall hold LDIC free and harmless against any and all liabilities arising from such breach of
warrantyWarranty and will be a ground for LDIC to call upon the Warranty Bond we have
issued in their favor to settle any claims.
