RESOLUTION NO. 2024-004

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF FUNDS AMOUNTING TO TWENTY

THOUSAND PESOS (₱20,000.OO) INTENDED FOR THE PURCHASE OF
BASKETBALL UNIFORM OF KATIPUNAN NG KABATAAN (KK) MEMBERS
REPRESENTING BARANGAY DALIPIT EAST, CUENCA, BATANGAS

Presented for the approval of the use of funds amounting to Twenty Thousand Pesos
only (₱20,000.00) intended for the PURCHASE OF BASKETBALL UNIFORM of
Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Members representing Barangay Dalipit East, Cuenca,
Batangas.

WHEREAS, as mandated by RA 10742 also known as “SK Reform Act of 2015”, the
budget of SK shall be used for youth empowerment and support under (nine) 9 centers
which Capital Outlay for SK materials need to serve the youth is specified;

WHEREAS, Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Dalipit East, Cuenca, Batangas

allotted funds for Sports Development for its KK Members;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of HON. CRIS ALBERT P. MASIRAG duly seconded by

HON. PRECIOUS LHAYKA S. JAEN;

RESOLVED; as it is HEREBY RESOLVED, to use the funds amounting to Twenty

Thousand Pesos only (₱20,000.00) intended for the PURCHASE OF BASKETBALL
UNIFORM of Katipunan ng Kabataan Members of Barangay Dalipit East, Cuenca,
Batangas.
