VI. OBJECTIVES OF THE ACTIVITY:

1. Capacitate teachers with knowledge and literacy instructional strategies using supplementary
reading materials.
2. Capacitate teachers’ in making test questions aligned with the competencies in MELC to be
utilize in the conduct of learning assessment.
3. Strengthen teachers' knowledge of crafting school innovation.
4. Conduct a Mid-Year Review of teacher’s IPCRF to determine their performance.
5. Re-orient teachers on DO 31, s. 2018 “Policy Guidelines on the Implementation of the
Comprehensive Sexuality Education.
6. Re-Orient DO 31, s. 2022 “Child Rights Policy: Adopting the Right-Based Education
Framework in Philippine Basic Education.
7. Enhance teachers’ skills on the utilization of Microsoft 365 in the teaching-learning process.
8. Orient teachers on the implementation of Catch- Up Fridays and develop activities to be
utilize.
9. Analyze First Quarter Assessment and RAM results to utilize in the crafting of Action Plan
for intervention.

Dacongcogon Elementary School organized a five (5) day in-service training
program thru the efforts of Celso G. Graciadas Jr., the beloved Teacher-In-Charge
together with the on January 24-25, 29-30, 2024 at the Talubangi Elementary School.
The opening program started with a prayer led by Raymond Flores and followed by
the singing of the national anthem, conducted by Delia T. Pelayo welcomed the
teachers and thanked them for attending the said training while Celso G. Graciadas, Jr.,
explained the purpose of the activity. The TIC gave some words of wisdom to inspire the
teachers who attended the training.

In the first day, the session started by Sir Blas P. Tabayag, EPS-Araling
Panlpunan, her topic focus on Alignment of Test Items to Competencies. Next, Mrs.
Rilma I. Santiago – Guidance Counselor of Binicul NHS discusses the DO 31, s. 2022
“Child Rights Policy: Adopting the Right-Based Education Framework in Philippine Basic
Education.

On the second day of the training, it started with prayer via AVR and relay the
recap of the previous session by Delia T. Pelayo. The session started by EDUARD Q.
VILLAVICENCIO, RN, he presented the Exploring Mental Health Implications of
Comprehensive Sexuality Education. The session ended by Archiebal G. Poyogao –
Division ITO, who showed the newest and latest updates and innovations in
(Information and Communication Technology) ICT Microsoft 365 Productivity Online
Training through DepEd Philippines.

On the third day of the training, it started with prayer via AVR and relay the recap
of the previous session by April Rose C. Baliola. The session started by KATHERINE L.
DELA CRUZ, PhD, she presented the Crafting School Innovation: A Training Workshop
for Educational Advancement. The session ended by the presentation of Innovation
output.

On the fourth day of the training session, The school Head of the school presented
the Mid-Year Review and Evaluation to update teachers on the development of the
school in the first semester of the year. He tackled fist the Catch Up Friday in the
morning and Mid-Year Review and Evaluation in the afternoon session.

Last day of the session started with a prayer via AVR and followed by a recap
from Hanna Rose C. Flores. The whole day was in the Analyzing 1st Quarter and RAM
Assessment Results & Crafting Action Plan. At 3:00 pm was the c,losing program and
giving of certificates to the participants.
