I understand that the details laid out in the tokenomics represent the distribution of funds from the
BTC that will be mined. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

If so, what is the tokenomics for the AUSMT token, vesting schedule?
I’ve noticed a 0x000…dead address, I understand that these are locked tokens that will stay locked
forever. This account for about 99% of the supply
Does it mean that the remaining 1% is what is/will be the circulating supply?
Is there any vested / locked tokens among these?

When will it be operational?

Do you already have the miners and all necessary equipment ready to plug in when the solar
equipment will be installed?
What is the hash power you start with?
How do you ensure 24/7 hour operations with a solar farm?
Are you plugged on the grid? Using battery packs?
How can we check the farm operational cost / forecast?
Do you envision amending the current tokenomics if you realize that the operating cost is higher than
forecast (If I understood well, 10% of BTCs are forecast to cover the operational cost)?
What’s your miners purchasing strategy to meet your 1 block production target?
How do you plan to keep up with the mining difficulty increase?
What will be the solar panel kWh output production from day 1?
What is the security measures that are implemented around the mining farm to ensure a 24/7
production? How do you mitigate risk of equipment theft?

Legal / accounting

Do you have a legal and accounting strategies to minimize tax on BTC sale and ensure full compliance
with AUS legal frame work?
Have you incorporated a company to run the mining operation? If so, can we have some detail on
this?

What is your protocol to bridge BTC block rewards from BTC chain to BNB chain to ensure full
transparency on token buy back?

Can you please explain the mechanics for rewards payment?

Until when the NFT sale will take place?
Is doing a an offer the only way to buy the NFT? Now I can find a buy now option for 1 ETH but in the
description I see a mention of 100 USD / NFT.
