Our hose will be easier to route than the competition and performs better in tighter applications due to the
greater flexibility and tighter bend-radius of the new hose construction. Our bend radius is 25% tighter than
the leading competitor.

70% cost savings in flat crimp tooling, versus bubble crimp tooling. Providing us with greater overall profit
opportunity when making assemblies with this new hose and flat crimp combination.

Lighter weight hose contributes to the overall vehicle weight that is closely monitored for increased fuel
efficiency in today’s commercial vehicles. Weight is approximately 30% lower than the traditional 3-braid
100R5 hose.

Inner tube material: Danfoss uses patented High temp AQP for Aeroquip by Danfoss hoses.

Can be used in multiple applications: including Fuel, Steering, Oil Cooler and Air Brake.

General Purpose hose used in Multible platforms, including Commercial Vehicle, Agriculture, Construction,
Mining and Marine.

Improved Textile cover, provides excellent abrasion resistance in demanding applications.

lines.
