INSTRUCTIONS

1. If any correction need be made in the Hall Ticket it must be brought to the notice of
the Controller of Examinations, St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Ahmedabad
immediately.
2. No candidate will be allowed to write the examination without the Hall Ticket. Hall
Ticket should be preserved until he/she completes the whole examination and on
demand it should be produced along with his/her identity card in each and every
session of the examination.
3. Candidates are expected to be in their seats 10 minutes before the commencement of
examination in the examination hall. Candidates will neither be allowed to enter the
examination hall after 30 minutes nor would be allowed to leave before 45 minutes of
the commencement of examination.
4. Candidates are advised to see whether he/she has been supplied with the correct
question paper. If not, it is the duty of the candidate to call for correct question paper
from the invigilator or senior supervisor.
5. Possession of Mobile Phone, smart watch, electronic gadget, Hand Written materials,
Printed or Xerox materials, and also written text on palms, written materials found in
Calculator, Kerchief, etc., caught hold of from the candidate in the Examination hall
shall be considered as malpractice.
6. Students are further advised to see the instructions on answer book before answering.
