JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, LEA RAMOS ABONG and JOHAN CARL S. ENCARNACION, Filipinos, both
of legal age, and both with residence and postal address Botolan, Zambales being first duly sworn
in accordance with law, depose and state that:

1. That we know and personally known EMERSON PANES DUPLON who was born
on June 26, 1978 at Botolan, Zambales and who is the son of SPS. NELLY PANES
DUPLON and ARIEL D. DUPLON; and who was married on JUNE 5, 1977;
(hereto attached as ‘’ANNEX A’’)

2. That we are the friends of EMERSON PANES DUPLON;

3. That when they secure a copy of his Birth Certificate record to the Philippine
Statistics Authority they found out that the date of his parents marriage indicated
therein was JUNE 6, 1977; and as per his parents marriage contract indicated therein
was JUNE 5, 1977;

4. We hereby state that the date of his Parents Marriage JUNE 6, 1977 and JUNE 5,
1977 is one and the same person; and the true and correct date of their Marriage is
JUNE 5, 1977; and respectively that the date indicated of his Birth Certificate record
must have been a clerical error on the part of the person who input the information;

5. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the foregoing
facts and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
