that your leased property, with address ________, was foreclosed by ____Bank and
was awarded to me (copy of Notice of Award attached).

As the new owner of your leased premises, I am writing to formally inform you that I and
my family will be moving into the property for personal use.

Consequently, I kindly request that you vacate the premises within Ninety (90) days
from the receipt of this letter.

Please make arrangements to remove all your belongings from the property by the
vacate date. Any belongings left behind will be considered abandoned, and I will
