Terms & Conditions:
1 General Terms & conditions. You shall strictly abide by the specifications as per MEIL Scope.
2. The quantity mentioned above is tentative and it may vary to any extent during execution.
3. Agency is responsible for any damage or injury or destruction was caused to machinery or human life.
4. Site shall be maintained clean & Hygiene condition.

5. You should not engage any child labor during the execution of the work.
6. Mode of measurement shall be done as per the levels and IS standards.
The undersigned have right to reduce the scope of work or terminate the work without any prejudice with prior notice.
2 Taxes & Duties GST will be paid extra, GST will be paid on submission of valid document proof & TDS shall be deducted as applicable and certificate for the
same will be issued at the end of financial year.
3 Safety Regulations You will take all necessary precautions for the safety of workers, materials and staff. You will comply with all safety rules framed by the
statutory authorities in the execution of the work awarded to you. We shall not hold any responsibility in regard to the safety of your employees. (safety materials
shall be provided by MEIL with returnable basis)
4 Payment Terms & Security Deposit 1. Payment shall be made as per certification of Project-In-Charge and payment will be released within 30 days from the
date of submission of RA Bill.
2. MEIL shall pay Food Expenses @ Rs.1000 per labor as advance every week to Contractor. The same shall be debited from RA Bills of Contractor.
3. 5% Security Deposit (SD) will be debited from your each RA bill and the same shall be paid on completion of work after 6 months from date of completion of
particular structure.
5. Inspection The progress of work shall be inspected by any of our representative at different stages of work.
6 Price escalation No escalation of rates will be allowed under any circumstances and remains the same during the contract period as per work order.
7 Others Your scope covers providing adequate manpower till completion of work. You must obtain necessary labor contract licenses suitable for carrying out the
above job as per laws applicable at the place of working. The same must be valid during the period applicable for the contract. You shall strictly comply with all
labor laws in force during the tenure of your working at site and till the completion of the work envisaged in the work order. You will have to cover the workmen
employed by you for this job under workmen#s insurance policy. All the rules such as PF compensation, leave, retrenchment, etc., shall be followed by you
strictly as per contract labor etc. We shall not be held responsible for any default in adhering to any of labor laws as related to the clauses stated above and
those which will be coming in force/be enforced by the Government from time to time. We shall deduct Income Tax as applicable from your payments. Any
damage to the men and machinery during the work tenure has to be taken care by you
8 Legal Jurisdiction All disputes arising out of this contract will be subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction
9 Termination of Work Order If progress is consistently found below the Construction Program, and if the work being executed by Contractor falls below the
expected standards laid down, in such cases, Owner reserves the right to delete any part of the scope of work, or, entire balance work, after failure of the
contractor, within a reasonable time, to deploy /engage adequate resources additionally to achieve the progress as per construction program, and get such
works executed by other agencies at contractor#s risk and costs, by giving 15 days# notice to the Contractor .The Owner reserves right to terminate this work
order, by giving a notice of One Week, at his convenience at any time without assigning any reasons and without entertaining any claim for labor or materials or
any other expenses or damages. Under such termination, the work done and the payment to which the Contractor shall be determined by the Owner by setting
up a committee whose recommendation and determination shall be fair under all circumstances and shall be accepted by the Contractor.
10 Order Acceptance Please sign and return back the duplicate copy of this Work as your acceptance. In the event the same is not received within 5 days, it is
deemed that you have accepted the work order
