PROCEDURE

1 All the fire fighting equipments installed in plant are periodically maintained by security
in charge.

2 Annual maintenance & monthly maintenance is being carried out by external Agency
under the supervision of security in charge.

3. Maintenance record of all fire fighting equipment is being maintained in annual

maintenance plan format & monthly maintenance plan.

4. Annual maintenance plan & monthly maintenance plan is verified by security in charge
and SITE MR.
