Request for Additional Information– Subdivision Works Certificate Approval

Hi Nick,

The following items are to be addressed prior to the release of the Subdivision Works
Certificate approval. If you have any questions, please feel free to discuss the items
with your consultant and contact me for any further questions
1. A copy of the final 'for construction' civil plans and associated civil design
certificates
2. Condition 1 - A copy of all plans and documents as listed in the condition
3. Condition 7 & 9 – Controlled Activity Approval required
4. The original ecology Rpt that was submitted as part of the DA (circa 2014)
5. The already approved Quarry Rehab management plan that technically
closed out condition 28
6. The updated quarry Rehab plan showing updated frog habitat areas
7. Council approval of the updated report from the point above
8. SWC plans showing engineering details of the frog ponds from the plans in
the point above.
9. Receipt for Long Service Levy or confirmation not applicable
10. A copy of a recent rates notice or title search to confirm owners consent.
ASIC’s extract required for all company owned land, listing the directors to
confirm the signatory on the form
11. Owners Consent Form
12. Lodgement of the Subdivision Works Certificate Application to be lodged on
the NSW Planning Portal (instructions attached)
