This business ethics can be done in all aspects. Maintaining mutual trust in cooperation will have a major effect
on the company's reputation, both in the micro and macro scope.

INTRODUCTION
Business ethics in the company has a very important role, a company will succeed not only based on good morals
and management, but also must have good business ethics. The company must be able to maintain quality and be
able to meet market demand in accordance with what is considered good and accepted by the community.

THEORY
The role of business ethics is a segment of applied ethics that attempts to control and examine the moral and
ethical arrangements of companies. It also delves into how well or poorly business entities address moral and
ethical issues and point out what goes wrong in their natural processes. It covers all aspects of business from
production to administration, finance and marketing. It also applies to various industries and can be descriptive or
normative in discipline.
Business is an economic activity. What happens here is the interaction between producers/companies with
workers, producers with consumers, producers with producers in an organization.

The function and business ethics of the company must be applied to business companies, of course, ethics has a
function that is very influential on the progress of the company itself. Business ethics problems that occur in the
company vary between one company function and another company function. business ethics problems that occur
in several areas of the company's functions, that is; accounting ethics, finance ethics, production and marketing
ethics, human resources ethics and information technology ethics.

Sanctions for Violations That Will Be Received if the Company Does Not Apply Ethics in Its Business, Ethical
violations can occur anywhere, including in the business world. To gain profit, as contained in Article 22..

METHODOLOGY
This research uses qualitative methods, where the study is based on expert opinions about business ethics and its
role in the company.

PROBLEMS
1.How does a company win the competition in the business world?
In winning the competition in the business world, the company must be able to maintain the market it has, and
seize the existing market, so the company is required to have the ability to plan the business strategy it wants to
run.
2. What is the important role of society in running this ethical business?
The existence of society in the business world is an indicator of the existence of these values, because without
values that can maintain the success of the company, people will behave arbitrarily and harm others so that it will
interfere with the running of the company itself.
3. how to overcome business ethics problems that occur in some areas of the company's functions?
Strategies that can be used to address ethical violations include increasing awareness and training related to
business ethics, implementing an effective supervisory system, protecting whistleblowers, improving regulations
and governance, and imposing strict sanctions on violators.
RESULT
In this highly competitive business world, business ethics is a fixed price, which cannot be negotiated anymore.
The tight business competition causes some business actors to pay less attention to ethics in business.

CONCLUSION
Business ethics affect the level of trust of each element in the business circle. This business ethics can be done in
all aspects. Maintaining mutual trust in cooperation will have a major effect on the company's reputation, both in
the micro and macro scope.
