Drive I/p connections:

 L- PHASE,
 N-NEUTRAL

Drive o/p connections:

 U, V, W to MOTOR

Control terminals:

 Com-door common signal

 Dl5- door open signal
 D16-door close signal

Encoder terminals:

 +24v -red wire,

 Black -com,
 Yellow -PGA,
 Blue -PGB

Door feedback signals:

 Door close limit signal-TA1 (com), TB1(NC), TC1(NO)

 Door open limit signal-TA3 (com), TB3(NC), TC3 (NO)

Drive program:

Basic parameters:

 F0-00- 0 sensor less vector control (SVC)

 F0-01- 1 distance control
 F0-02- 0
 0 operation drive control
 1 terminal control
 2 manual control
 3 demo mode control
 F0-06-6 speed at low speed running (vary depend on site)
Motor parameters:

 F1-00- 0- (induction motor)

 F1-01- 50 kw-(rated motor power)
 F1-02- 220 V- (rated motor voltage)
 F1-03- 0.58 A- (rated motor amps)
 F1-04- 50 Hz-( rated motor frequency)
 F1-05- 920 rpm- (rated motor speed)
 F2-14- 50 – (encoder PPR)

Motor auto tuning

Put F116-1 press open or close command, after finish auto tuning check
motor direction by press open and close if direction ok means no problem
otherwise interchange two motor wires and repeat auto-tune process again.

Door open control parameters:

 F3-00- (starting speed )-6,

 F3-03- (middle high speed)-20,
 F3-05- (end slowing speed )-7.0,
 F3-08-30- (open holding torque) ,
 F3-12-4.0-(stop hold speed)

Door close control parameters:

 F4-00- (starting speed )-6.0,

 F4-03- (middle high speed)-18.0,
 F4-05 -(end slowing speed)-6.0,
 F4-07 -(stop hold speed)-3.0

Door open/close auxiliary parameters:

 F5-04-999.9 –(door open time limit)

 F5-05-999.9- (door close time limit)

Distance control parameters:

 F6-02-2500 -(maxim door width pulse)

 F6-05-80 -(Door open slowdown point in distance control,)
 F6-06-90 -(Door open limit point in distance control,)
  F6-08-80- (Door Close slowdown point in distance control)
 F6-09-90 -( Door Close limit point in distance control)
 F6-14- 40% (vary depend on site)

Door width tuning process:

1. first go to FA-28 parameter for checking encoder direction ,here it

indicate 0 when you open door manually it shows open and shows similarly
in close condition but if shows opposite direction the encoder wire wrong
connection ,interchange PGA and PGB.

2. After first step close the door completely then go to parameter FA-25 it
indicates 000 or 001.first open the door completely and check the how
many pulses it indicates then put same value by adding extra 5 pulses in
parameter F6-02

3. Put F0-02-3, Now you switch off the Drive power and ON then check
drive operation by press open and close button.

4. If you satisfied with operation put drive into external terminal mode by
parameter F0-02-1.

5. If you need speed adjustment check door open and close parameters

Note: for reset the drive put parameter FP-01-1 (for restore the parameters
into default values.)

Note: for auto or demo mode operation put F0-02-3
