Dear Ma’am Aquino,

Good day.

I would like to ask your kind office for an readmission card for my absence last Sunday, Oct 8. I consulted
with the doctor because the past week I have been having shortness of breath and mucus-laced
coughing. I thought it was because of the excessive amount of caffeine I took when preparing for the
exams.

The doctor said that it may have been stress-related and my immune system has been compromised. He
told me to rest for the next few days. I believe it was also because I have to report at 6AM in the
manufacturing internship in Hagonoy, Bulacan since September, and I chose not to find a dorm there
because I cannot afford to leave my work here in Navotas and Tondo, where I currently reside.
