Service & Maintenance Solution

Service render by providing full range of repair service for merchant ships, oil rigs,
offshore vessels and modules. Troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance, modification
and emergency repair for RHVAC systems. (Round the clock, worldwide services)

• Equipment supply, installation and commissioning of marine/offshore, air conditioning and

refrigeration system.

• Conversion and retrofit all kinds of refrigeration/air conditioning plant from the HCFC
refrigerant to the ozone friendly HFC refrigerant to meet environment safety standards and
CLEAN design.

• Supply of new & re-conditioned Refrigeration compressors and spare parts.

• Overhauling of various types of Refrigeration compressors, crankshaft re-conditioning, spare

parts renewal and factory test.

• Marine Packaged air-con, Condensing unit, Chiller unit and Air Handling Unit/expansion
tanks (Stainless steel or galvanized) for standard & hazardous environment, European
standard (Zone 1) and US standard (Class I, Division II).

• Heat exchanger fabrication, re-tubing, refrigerant evaporator/condenser (Copper fin/copper

tube, aluminum fin/copper tube & copper nickel tube replacement) and "Heresite" coating for
marine/salt laden atmosphere.

• Supply and erection of cold room panels (In-situ and pre-fab) c/w stainless shelving.

• Fabricate, supply and install rectangular, spiral, un-insulated and pre-insulated

ventilation duct (Galvanized, aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel and PVC) for
low, medium and high pressure system.

• Repair, modification and new installation of ducting c/w insulation for vapor barrier.
