Job Description:  Responsible for verifying technical compliance for all product related technical
specification query raised by sales team.
 Responsible for Product calibration procedure.
 Keep update with industries and market about requirement of certification or any
special instruction, and do act accordingly in advance.
 Lead in product certification process, manufacturing of sample modules, test,
coordination internal and external agencies for certification.
 Review all test facility in quality Laboratory.
 Review of DCI and ECN.
 IMS Implementation & Documentation
 Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control
processes.
 Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality
standards.
 Approve the right products or reject defectives.
 Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient
procedures.
 To be with customer representative in the plant and drive initiatives which ensure
complaints are managed, resolved and improved upon.
 Co-ordinate for third party calibration of modules as well as perform internal
calibration of modules.

Essential Qualification BE / ME Electronics or Electrical

 Lean Manufacturing, 6S, Kaizen  Communication skills.
