 1 Photograph
 Cancelled Cheque-Scanned copy (This should be in the same name on which Channel
Partner RERA is registered)
 Stamp is mandatory on channel partner registration and E-payment form in case of
Proprietorship, Partnership & Limited company
 RERA Certificate ( Original PDF )
 GSTN. (Original PDF), if not applicable kindly send us the No GST Self declaration letter.
 Channel Partner’s Address proof (any one)
o Latest electric bill
o Passport copy
o Latest bank statement
o Aadhar card
o Driving licence

Apart from above list of documents as per the type of Channel Partner below listed documents are
required to be submitted to generate the CP ID.

 Individual & Proprietorship

o PAN Card copy of Individual or Proprietors firm
o Gumasta Licence for Proprietors firm (not mandatory)
 Partnership Firm
o Partnership Deed (not mandatory)
o Partnership PAN Card
o PAN Card copy of authorised signatory
o Pass Port Size Photo of all the partners
o Registration Certificate of the firm partner resolution authorising the partner to sign
the CHANNEL Registration Form
 Company PAN Card
o Memorandum of Association (not mandatory)
o Articles of Association (not mandatory)
o Company Incorporation Certificate (not mandatory)
o CIN number to be provided
o Board Resolution in favour of the authorised signatory authorizing him to sign the
CHANNEL Registration Form
o PAN Card copy of Authorized signatory
