Dear Admissions Committee Members,

I am writing this letter to give my highest recommendation for Mr. Reza Kolasangiani, owing to
his outstanding academic accomplishments. I know Reza as he has been doing research under
my supervision at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad for two years. The first project he worked on
with one of my Ph.D. candidates was focused on the healing of tibia shaft fracture. In this
project, which was his bachelor thesis, he demonstrated great enthusiasm, hard work and
dedication. He was so disciplined and motivated and reported his results regularly, and he finally
got the mark he deserved (20 out of 20). As his comprehensive thesis was of high quality, we
wrote an article based on his work. At that time, I got surprised by his writing capabilities, and
finally, the article was published in a prestigious Elsevier journal.

After finishing this work, I found him a high achiever, smart, and eager to learn. So, when he
came to me to start working on more research articles, I was confident that he would do an
excellent job, and he did. He is currently working on several research articles related to bone
biomechanics and mechanobiology, in which he shows great patience and interest and follows
the procedures as I tell him. He got an outstanding grasp of concepts such as bone biomechanics,
computational biomechanics and mechanobiology, which will arm him as an exceptional
applicant for any graduate positions.

Reza will be an outstanding asset as a graduate student since he is fully expert at researching,
ambitious at publishing papers and eager to learn. Apart from his intellectual and academic
superiorities, Reza is polite, disciplined, self-oriented, a student who is easy to communicate
with, and who has a friendly and very courteous manner. I think getting on with others and
attracting others through his warm and cooperative behavior has helped him be successful in his
social relations.

In summary, Reza is one of the best students I have worked with, and I can confidently and
wholeheartedly give him my highest recommendation for any research assistant positions.
