Day 1

1 to 2 pm – My immersion began with Ma'am Felisa. It was a great opportunity to introduce myself and learn more about
expectations for the program.

2 pm to 4 pm – Our roles and responsibilities were clearly explained, followed by a helpful tour of the office. This gave me a good
understanding of the layout and where everything is located.

4:30 to 5 pm – The afternoon ended with valuable insights and information about the law office, and I gained a better
understanding of the tasks I would be undertaking in the coming days.

Day 2

1 to 2 pm – We delved deeper into the orientation, gaining further insights into the specific tasks and paperwork handling
procedures within the office. This helped me solidify my understanding of daily operations.

2:30 to 3:30 pm – We received our first official assignments. The five of us were strategically placed in different areas to tackle
various perspectives.

4 pm to 5 pm – My initial assignment involved handling cash disbursements. It included double-checking cheques and cash
vouchers, encoding amounts for each document, stapling receipts according to their corresponding members, and finally
proofreading completed reports.

Day 3

8 am to 8:50 am – The day started with maintaining a clean and organized work environment, contributing to a positive
workspace. So, I started by tidying and arranging the office chairs before diving into assigned tasks.

9 am to 10 am – This morning focused on collecting and verifying the monthly bank roll for the year 2022, meticulously ensuring
all information was correct.

11 am to 12 pm - Lunch break offered a chance to learn more about the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP). A conversation
with Sir Armando proved valuable, providing information about the organization, its rules, and some interesting office details.

1:20 to 3:20 pm – The afternoon involved a thorough review of spreadsheets. I double-checked all data and calculations for total
expenses, ensuring everything was precise and accurate.

4 to 4:40 pm – Taking a break for some well-deserved snacks, the office provided delicious treats, and afterwards, we all pitched
in to clean the used utensils and plates, maintaining a sense of teamwork.

5 pm to 5:30 pm – Focused my efforts on completing the assigned tasks, specifically reviewing the last 3 months of 2022 records.

6 pm – Wrapping up for a productive day. After ensuring all my work was complete, I signed out for the day feeling
accomplished.

Day 4

1:20 PM: Settled into my desk, ready to tackle the afternoon tasks. Today seemed like a busy one with a mix of responsibilities.

1:20 PM - 2:00 PM: The phone on my desk kept ringing! It was my turn to answer the company phone for the next hour. I
focused on being polite and helpful, answering any questions the callers had and directing them to the appropriate department if
needed.

2:00 PM - 3:30 PM: After the call rush, I switched gears and started encoding cash disbursements for the year 2021. This
involved carefully entering data like amounts, dates, and payee information into the computer system. It was a meticulous task,
but I enjoyed the challenge of ensuring accuracy.
3:30 PM - 4:00 PM: After encoding for an hour, I took a well-deserved break to grab a snack and stretch my legs. It's important
to take breaks throughout the day to stay focused and energized.

4:00 PM - 5:20 PM: Wrapping up the day with some cleaning duties. I grabbed a mop and bucket and made sure our workspace
was clean and organized. A clean environment helps promote a productive work atmosphere.

5:20 PM: Clocked out for the day feeling accomplished. It was a busy afternoon, but I learned a lot and got a feel for the different
tasks involved in the company's operations.

Day 5: A Busy Day Well Done

1:30 PM: Started my day by getting the office set up for another productive afternoon. Made sure everything I needed was
within reach for a smooth workflow.

1:40 PM - 3:30 PM: Double-checked the cash disbursements for accuracy. I carefully taped all the receipts to keep them safe.
While doing this, I also looked over some private documents with extra care.

4:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Took a well-deserved break to enjoy the yummy merienda Ma'am Tess and Ma'am Felisa brought in. I
helped wash and put away the dishes afterwards – gotta keep things clean!

4:50 PM - 5:30 PM: Feeling refreshed, I jumped back into my tasks with focus and determination. Before heading out, I cleaned
up and organized the tables, leaving everything tidy. Another productive day in the books!

Day 6: Efficiency and Cleanliness

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Wiped down the office table and ate a late lunch to get ready for the afternoon tasks.

1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Picked up where I left off, working on verifying the 2021 cash disbursements. Since I already finished and
double-checked the 2022 records, I helped make sure all the financial data for both years was accurate.

3:10 PM - 3:30 PM: Took a break to enjoy a fun lunch break with everyone! We cooked a quick meal together in the office and
enjoyed the merienda Ma'am Felisa provided.

4:00 PM - 4:40 PM: Kept the office space clean by wiping down the table and washing the dishes, utensils, and cups used for
lunch.

4:40 PM - 5:30 PM: Got back to work, carefully double-checking the records again to make sure everything was right.

6:00 PM - 6:20 PM: Wrapped up the day by organizing all the paperwork I used for tomorrow. After everything was in order, I
signed out, feeling good about a productive day.

Day 7: Learning the Ropes

10:00 AM - 10:20 AM: Had a meeting with Ma'am Felisa, our boss, and all the other office staff. She went over the office rules
and regulations so everyone knew what to expect before starting work each day.

10:30 AM - 11:30 AM: Focused hard on finishing up the tasks I started yesterday, making sure everything was accurate and
complete.

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Took a well-deserved lunch break to recharge for the afternoon.

1:10 PM - 2:40 PM: Helped out my colleagues with their tasks today. I did some dictation and double-checked entries, and also
helped some people find missing receipts and clip them together.

2:45 PM - 2:50 PM: Answered a call from an attorney and talked to them professionally about notary public commissions.

3:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Helped make some juice and snacks for everyone to enjoy during our merienda break. We had some
delicious treats thanks to Attorney Danny!
4:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Mopped the floor and picked up any leftover food crumbs to keep the office clean.

4:35 PM - 5:00 PM: Saved all the documents I worked on and straightened up the office table before leaving.

Day 8: Finishing Up Strong

:30 PM - 1:40 PM: Had a late lunch in the office to fuel up for the afternoon.

1:50 PM - 2:55 PM: Got back to work on organizing the cash disbursements for 2021. I carefully finished entering the data for
each month, making sure everything was complete.

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Made things faster by copying and pasting the data from the physical receipts into the computer program we
use. Then, I clipped the receipts together with their photocopies and made a list of any receipts that were still missing.

4:15 PM - 4:30 PM: Took another break to enjoy some snacks and even helped make some more. I also grabbed some ice from
the freezer to help make drinks for everyone – thanks Ma'am Felisa!

4:40 PM - 5:30 PM: Wrapped things up for the day. I put all the chairs back in their original places, making sure the attorney's
lobby looked tidy too. Before leaving, I double-checked that everything was organized and ready for a smooth start tomorrow.
Signed out for the day, feeling accomplished after another productive session.

Day 9: Teamwork and Organization

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Focused on keeping the office organized by sorting paperwork and filing everything in its designated place
for easy access.

2:20 PM - 3:20 PM: Lent a helping hand to my fellow immersionists by reading information aloud for them to record and by
entering data into the computer system.

4:00 PM - 4:20 PM: Took a well-deserved break to enjoy some snacks provided by Ma'am Felisa.

4:25 PM - 4:40 PM: Maintained a clean working environment by wiping down both the office tables and the dining tables after
everyone finished their snacks.

5:00 PM: Left everything on my office table neatly arranged before signing out for the day.

Day 10: Learning Through Observation and Action

1:00 PM - 1:40 PM: Had a valuable discussion with members of the IBP, gaining deeper insights into how the office operates on a
daily basis.

2:00 PM: Kicked off the afternoon's work by cleaning the office space and arranging the chairs for a more organized
environment.

2:00 PM - 3:50 PM: Gathered documents related to notary public commissions for the past two years (2021 and 2022).

4:00 PM - 4:50 PM: Recharged with some delicious snacks provided by Ma'am Felisa. Thanks again!

5:00 PM - 5:20 PM: Wrapped up the day by tidying up my workspace and finishing any remaining tasks on my table.

Day 11: Assisting Others and Maintaining Cleanliness

1:10 PM - 1:30 PM: Had a late lunch with the other interns. Always good to catch up with the team!
2:00 PM - 2:50 PM: Helped Ronalyn find missing documents, making sure to secure them with staples and tape once located.

3:00 PM - 3:15 PM: Compiled and listed all payments made for PLDT internet services in both Pasay and Paranaque.
Additionally, I scanned any missing documents to ensure everything was documented electronically.

4:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Multitasking break! Enjoyed some snacks while helping out with dictation and data entry. Double duty!

4:40 PM - 5:30 PM: Cleaned the office space, sweeping and mopping the floor to maintain a tidy environment.

Day 12: A Day of Efficiency on Multiple Fronts

9:10 AM - 9:40 AM: The morning started with some folder wrangling! I meticulously organized and arranged all the folders to
make sure every document had a logical and easy-to-find home.

10:00 AM - 10:10 AM: My boss needed a hand with some calls, so I jumped in to answer phones and address any questions or
concerns that came through. It felt good to be helpful!

10:30 AM - 11:00 AM: Back to those check vouchers! I continued the process of attaching labels to each one and placing them
carefully in their designated boxes. Now everything's nice and organized for easy reference later.

12:10 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunchtime! Enjoyed an early lunch with the IBP staff. It's always nice to chat and catch up with everyone.
Of course, I couldn't leave the dining table messy, so I cleaned it up before heading back to work.

1:20 PM - 1:40 PM: Dishes duty! I washed all the dishes used for lunch and made sure they were neatly placed in the drying
rack.

1:50 PM - 3:00 PM: I scanned and printed out copies of all the cash disbursements for 2021. Every detail needs to be documented
and accessible.

3:05 PM - 3:35 PM: The disbursement records for both 2021 and 2022 needed to be compiled. I took the scanned files and put
them all together, making sure everything was complete and in order. This should make things much easier for our boss in the
future.

4:00 PM: Attorney Danny provided some delicious treats, and I took a moment to refuel for the rest of the afternoon.

4:30 PM - 5:10 PM: Wrapping things up! I made sure my workspace was nice and tidy. I put away all the dishes from the snack
break, organized everything on my table, and generally made sure things were neat and clean before leaving.

5:20 PM: Signed out for the day, feeling accomplished after a productive session where I tackled a variety of tasks and helped out
in different ways.

Day 13: From Cleaning to Cooking, a Day of Contribution

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Cleaned the office thoroughly, mopping the floor and ensuring all chairs were neatly arranged.

2:10 PM - 3:00 PM: Chef mode activated! Prepped all the ingredients and equipment for cooking some delicious caramelized
sugar gulaman. Made some buttered toast bread on the side too.

3:10 PM - 4:20 PM: Cooking time! Whipped up some tasty gulaman and toast with the team. Afterwards, made sure to clean up
the kitchen and dining area thoroughly, leaving everything spotless.

5:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Washed all the dishes and glassware we used. Gave the office one last sweep before heading out for the day.

Day 14: Welcoming the New Crew

1:00 PM - 1:45 PM: Greeted and introduced the new interns! Gave them a quick overview of what the IBP office is all about.

1:50 PM - 2:00 PM: Showed them around the office! Gave them a rundown of the essentials and introduced them to us, the "old
timers."
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Teacher time! Explained some basic office tasks like answering calls, entering cash reimbursements into the
system, and printing and scanning documents. Made sure everyone had tasks and offered help along the way.

3:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Snack break again! Enjoyed some treats provided by Attorney Dani. Thanks for keeping us fueled!

4:10 PM - 5:20

PM: Organized all the file boxes for checks and vouchers from previous years. Swept the floor to make sure everything was
clean before leaving for the day.

Day 15

1:00 to 1:20 PM

Started working on a to-do list for all the important bank and internet details we need to finish by the end of the month. It felt
good to get a clear picture of what needed to be done.

1:30 PM - 2:00 PM

Finished the list and realized there was a lot to tackle! Decided to focus on the bank details first.

3:00 to 3:30 PM

Figured out what information I needed for the bank details and finished that section of the list. Moved on to the internet details.

Just as I was starting on the internet details, a classmate came over for help with some computer problems we were having.

3:40- 4 PM

Discussed unbalanced disbursement errors with Ms. Felisa. It sounds like you identified some discrepancies in the disbursement
amounts and spoke with Ms. Felisa to understand the issue better.

4:10 - 4:40

Enjoyed a merienda provided by Attorney Danny to boost your productivity. It's great that Attorney Danny recognized the
importance of keeping your energy levels up!

5:00 - 5:30

Tidied up your workspace by cleaning and wiping down your tables. It's always nice to work in a clean and organized
environment.

5:30 - 6:00

Said goodbye to Attorney James and Attorney Danny as they continued their conversation.

Day 16

1:00 - 1:20

Back at it! I dug straight into finishing the disbursements for each year. Checked each one carefully, making sure there weren't
any errors hiding in the numbers.

1:30

The telephone rings! It was an inquiry about notarial commissions. I answered the call, checked our records, and confirmed if
their commissions had already been delivered
2:00 to 3:00 Time to organize! I spent an hour sorting through all the documents, making sure they were filed by the correct
dates and matched their corresponding cheque numbers. It felt good to see things get a little tidier.

3:30 to 4:00

My stomach rumbled! Luckily, Ms. Tess and Ms. Felisa saved the day with a delicious merienda. After fueling up, I washed the
utensils and wiped down the table to keep our workspace clean.

4:10 - 4:50

Needed a quick break to refresh my eyes. Afterwards, I headed over to the scanner to help out my classmates. We scanned all the
important documents related to our internet connections – teamwork makes the dream work!

5:00

Decided to call it a day on scanning. There were a few documents left, but I figured I could finish them up tomorrow. Shut down
my computer and walked home with Ms. Felisa for safety – always gotta look out for each other

Day 17 - last day

10:00 am

Settled into my desk for the last day of the internship. A mix of nerves and excitement bubbled in my stomach. First things first, I
double-checked everything to make sure all our tasks were completed. Feeling confident, I waited for the day's assignments

11:00 to 11:30 Time for a quick lunch break! We grabbed a bite to eat earlier than usual so we could get back to work and wrap
things up. 12 nn to 12:20 It was Attorney James' birthday! We took a moment to wish him a happy birthday. It was a nice way to
break the ice and lighten the mood before diving back into work.

1:00 - 3:00 Attorney Danny assigned us one final task for the day: reviewing all the work for any errors before submitting it to
the chapter president. We combed through the documents carefully, feeling a sense of accomplishment as we identified and
corrected any minor mistakes.

3:30 to 4:00 Attorney Danny surprised me with a new task! He needed the ballot papers prepared for the upcoming Comelec
election. Taking a deep breath, I carefully cut and numbered each ballot paper, ensuring accuracy for the voting process.

5:00 - 6:00 Ms. Felisa discovered some missing internet connection vouchers. Together, we became detectives, jotting down a list
and searching through the storage box until we found them all. Relief washed over me as I photocopied the vouchers to complete
our records.

6:00 to 7 pm Finally, the moment we'd all been waiting for - the farewell dinner! It was time to celebrate! We feasted on delicious
food, catching up with everyone outside of work and reminiscing about our internship experiences. The interns even put on a fun
singing and dancing performance, showcasing their personalities.
