BM SUIT - PRICE INCREASE NOTICE

Dear Valued Customers,

We at BM Suit would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude for your
unwavering support and loyalty through the years. It’s because of customers like you we’ve
been able to grow our business.

Given our rising input costs and the recent BIR Regulation No. 16-2023 imposing withholding
tax on the gross remittances by e-marketplace operators and digital financial services providers
to sellers/merchants like us, we have decided to implement a price increase of 10% on all our
products being sold on Tiktok, Shopee, and other online platforms.

As always, we have endeavored to keep this increase to a minimum and looked at our internal
productivity and finances to limit this to an effective increase of 10%. This price increase shall
take effect on March 19, 2024. Before this date, you may still avail of our products at their
original prices.
