11 Platforms and ladders complete and correct.
12 Internals installation correct.
13 Internal cleanliness correct.
14 Painting, trace heating, and insulation complete and correct.
15 Cooling water system complete and correct.
16 Vent and drain system complete, correct.
17 Exhaust system complete and correct.
18 Starting system complete and correct.
19 Package enclosure and ventilation system complete and correct.
20 Fuel and combustion air systems complete and correct.
21 Air drying system complete and correct.
22 Fire and safety systems complete and correct.
23 Chemical dosing systems complete and correct.
24 Check condition of flexible piping; ensure no kinks or twists & adequate support.
25 Air intake is installed and supported as per drawings.
26 Check preservation measures are intact and effective. Skid is clean of all
contamination, trade debris, etc.
27 Check direction of rotation is in accordance with specification & clearly marked.
28 All filters are correctly installed clean and to specification. *
29 Relief valves fitted and certified. *
30 Lubricants filled and to vendor’s specification. *
31 Lube oil system complete, correct, flushed and charged. *
32 Seal oil system complete, correct, flushed and charged. *
33 Nitrogen dampers/accumulators complete, correct, and pre-charged. *
34 Hydraulic circuits complete, correct flushed and charged. *
