1.4SCOPE OF WORK : Supply AND Installation
1.5.Warranty
• One year against manufacturing defects from the day of delivery. The
warranty will be limited to changing or replacing defective parts free of charge, subject to
the materials / equipment being regularly serviced by an authorized systems Maintenance
Company. The warranty does not cover misuse or mishandling of the equipment.
• OEM supplied equipment warranty should be as per manufacturer standard terms &
Conditions.
• Materials received on the site before installation is the responsibility of the client and
should be inspected for any defects or faults.
• Warranty claims can be raised and accepted only before the materials installation.
1.6.General Notes
1. All prices are in SAR.
2. All prices quoted are based on Customer provided information.
3. Taxes and duties: Buyer agrees to pay any taxes and duties required to be paid in respect
of Saudi Government Law and this transaction and the calculated percentage for Tax,
customs and any other duties might change any time before releasing the final invoice
in respect of Saudi Government Law.
5. Delivery period: All material is Ex-Stock subject to prior sales.
