“Tomorrow” is one of the song from the boyband called BTS. The song was released on 12nd
February 2014 and included in the BTS album called “Skool Luv Affair” which is the third
album of BTS. J-hope and RM are two of BTS rappers that participated of making this song.
“Tomorrow” has a deep meaning. This song tells about the journey of teenagers in their 20s
who are increasingly having hard times to live with and keep repeating it 24/7. Like in the
lyrics 하루를 벌어 하루를 사는 게 빠듯하단 걸 느꼈을 때, 매일매일이 Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V 반
복되네 means “When you feel how hard it is to get through a day , Every single day is a
repetition of Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V”. This song describe the frustration that a person experiences in
facing fear and how to survive to live in the future. The song describe the self-doubt that RM
feel as a teenager. His biggest dream is to be the strong and happiest person in his life, but the
fact show otherwise. He’s getting weaker even he went through all of efforts, but he got
stuck. Like 갈 길은 먼데 왜 난 제자리니 Means “I have a long way to go but why am I
running in place?”
But even the days are very hard to pass, we have to survive. We’re too young to stop, and
maybe we’re too fixated on a closed door. However thera are so many way and opportunities
to find the destiny. Just ignore the past But then, we have to take a rest for a while too to take
a breath for the better tomorrow. We have to collect our energy to continue fighting for our
unfulfilled dreams. But we just take a rest, not to give up.
This song asks those people with dreams to never stop dreaming and waiting for that day they
would be able to do the things they find solace in. No matter how long it takes, no matter how
much you've worn out in this long run, just don't give up on that “tomorrow”. Like in the
lyric 내일은 오늘보다는 뭔가 다르길 mean “I hope tomorrow will be different from today.
”BTS give us messages that we don’t have to impose ourself to think about future. What we
have to do is just think about tomorrow and fighting for the dreams. Don’t give up, and keep
the passion overpowering you on the right way until your dreams come true.
I really like the song because the song inspires me to always fight for my passion. No matter
what people say, just keep going to do what we like to do. Don’t care about hatters and
people judge, just focus on ourself. I enjoy the song cause I like the melody too, how their
best voice blended with the beautiful melody, I can’t stand it.
BTS always do that to me. They give me inspiration and entertain me through their music. I
feel joy everytime I listen to their songs, and i feel better. I can be better cause they keep
giving me many inspirations. I have my happiness more and more after listen to this song.
There are so many songs of BTS that contain about teenagers life to fight for the dreams and
not give up with what we love to do.
