Introduction:

I am Syed Ashraful Islam Everyone calls me Ashraful Which is my nickname. My

hometown is Shariatpur. This Districts belongs to Dhaka Division and which is
also a part of South-East Bengal. Now I live in Dhaka, Kallyanpur To be more
exact. I have no sibling. I am the only son of my parents. I am a Fisrt Semester
student of BBA Department in East West University. I completed my Schooling at
Dhaka Residential Model College. Afterwards I had completed my college in
Commerce from Dhaka Commerce College. Now I am very excited to be here.
Reading Books or newspaper and playing football is my leisure work it is my
hobbies also. I am from Business Background family so in my future besides the
graduation. I would like to be an entrepreneur. Basically I would like to do a Real
State or Restaurant business. Any kinds of business I would like to do in my future,
I want to be an entrepreneur and take the county to the top of development by
creating employment opportunities for the country and the nation.

SWOT Analysis:

Strengths: I see myself as

• hard working
• honest and tolerant. I am ambitious self-Confident and generous I am always
• cheerful and easy-going. I always helps other people and always tries to do
the right thing no matter what the cost to himself. I am always practice
discipline no matter what work I do. I have no arrogance and stinginess. I
am
• veridical and also
 • courageous. I am a dedicated and diligent person.

Honesty is my main strength. I think a person who is not honest dose not exist. I
always try to tell the truth. I got along easily with everyone. Which will come in
handy in my future business. Patience is my greatest strength which teaches me to
persevere in my bad times. One thing I do over and over again. The habit that
saves me from many of my mistakes. Whenever I do something I try to do it
perfectly. These habits will be very useful for me to become an entrepreneur,
Inshallah.

Weaknesses: Every single person has a weakness, and even if it’s hard to admit. I
have many weaknesses as well some many say no, but my mind keeps telling me
yes. Out of all those weakness, I have got to say my greatest one is my lack of self-
confidence. This is a weakness I have to struggle every day, but still come to the
same same conclusion as always, is too difficult to let it go that easily. My father
used to always say, “There is no bigger enemy to a man than a man himself”
saying goes perfectly to my lack of self-confidence situation. I realize that my self
doubt is one of my greatest weakness of them all, because it is a brick wall i keep
hitting in all aspects of my life. It unable me to develop my talents, and also to
have a table social life. I have some weaknesses such as

• procrastination and lack of motivation,

• poor time-management skills,
• Difficulty with concentration and focus,
• Limited organization skills,
• Difficulty with critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Lack of self-discipline and
• Self-motivational.
Sometimes isolation causes a character to be more self-confident over time, while
other characters may lose self confidence after prolonged periods of isolation. It is
quite often that you come across people who have a nice life, nice jobs, nice grades
in university and have good appearance, but to be honest, those people are
sometimes suffering from this.

Opportunities:

One of the best ways to be succeeded is taking advantage of opportunities. Talking

advantage of opportunities is beneficial because it helps us build our future. My
personal opportunities is,

• Learning
• Growing
• Starting a small business.
• Propose working groups
• Get testers for new ideas or products.
• Create a team to work on an idea I have.
• Share my expertise or best practices in a particular field.

Learning: Opportunity originally defined as the overlap between the information

students were taught and the information on which we were tested. Everyday
learning opportunities are, Bath time, Bed time, Snack, meal time, brushing teeth,
playing, cleaning up, shopping trips and other activities that make me opportunities
for learning.

Growing: The chance to grow significantly - whether that growth in my career,

personal life, on hobbies. Based on my experiences with a diverse boss, I
recommend some strategies for identifying new opportunities for growth.

• Identify intrinsic areas of growth.
• Analyze the potential for business profit.
• Assess body fit.
• Give and get feedback.

starting a small business: I would like to do a restaurant business. The number of

people in our Dhaka city is very high and the number of fast food demands are also
very high. If a new change in food the business of the restaurant will go well in
future. It will be a great opportunities for me.

Create a team to work on an idea I have: There are many ideas that i can use to
create a good business such as

• Define what success looks like for my team.

• Create a strong team culture
• Hire the right people
• Foster a collaborative environment
• Encourage and reward creativity
• Promote open communication
• Encourage and give feedback frequently

Threats: Threat include anything that can negatively affect my business from the
outside, such as

• Rising material costs.

• Increasing competition.
• Tight labor supply
• Failure to get approvals
 • Supply chain breakdowns
• Weather or natural disaster.
• Rising Material costs: If the price of equipment increases, there will be many
problems to do business. This change has resulted because of the skyrocketing
cost of building material prices. One example: The average price per sqft in
Gulshan was BDT 15,900 during the pandemic which increased to BDT 16,500
during 2021. Showing a 4% increase in the price in business, prices often
fluctuate, if the price of goods increases a lot, it exposes the business to a lot of
risk.
• Increasing Competition: There are many future competitors and the price of its
machinery may also increase in future competition in this business may increase
day by day. Some factors influence the cost of construction impact on me they
include,
• Client priorities
• Construction site location
• Market fluctuations
• legislative constraints
• Pro cerement and construction methods
• Tight Labor supply: I would need a lot more loosening for this to have a
meaningful impact on wage growth, and any loosening will also take a white to
have an effect. In the future, everyone will work online and there will be a lot of
labor shortages, Labor is the most important thing in business. There are so
many unemployed people that it is very difficult to stimulate business. There
are more positions available then unemployed workers willing and able to fill
them. It is slack when the opposite holds true.
• Failure to get approvals: Business will come with many approvals, which
would be avoided many times, because it can be very harmful for the business
such as, The borrower fails to obtain, renew, Maintain, comply with any
approval, license, or constant from any relevant government.
• Supply Chain Breakdowns: Before companies can devise effective means of
increasing supply chain risks. I must be understand the universe of risk
categories as well as the event and conditions that drive me.
• Weather or natural disaster: Disruptions to the supply chain that impact on
me are one of the common consequence of naturals disaster, Natural disaster
can affect roads, bridges and airports which means moving goods and services
in affected areas is impossible. Significant damage to commercial buildings
leading to costly repairs and loss of revenue. For my future business, Natural
disasters will be a crushing blow. Nearly 40% of small businesses never reopen
their doors after a disaster. I fell that the above mentioned issues will hinder my
business in the future.
• Vision: A vision statement is inspirational and expresses my business plan for
the future and potential impact. In future I would like to be an entrepreneur.
That’s why I am correctly studying BBA in East West University and I studied
business education in school and college or tried to get good results. Now I am
trying to get good CGPA in university or studying well. If there is a good
CGPA then it will be much easier to reach my future business goals. I ran
various small business while studying in my college which gave mea new
experience in my future I will be going for higher education in an International
University. In the future I have restaurant business, and that business will have
many branches in every district of the country and the food in my restaurant
will be pure and unadulterated. The population in our country is increasing day
by day due to which people have a good demand for good food. I will change
 my food in future so that people will be attracted to my restaurant more and
more. Besides this I will do real estate business because this business has a
good demand in future. The financial condition of the country is getting worse
day by day. In the future, my business will be able to make a positive impact
against the bad situation the country in going through. There will be many
employment opportunities through my business. Inshallah, My business will be
moved forward by avoiding various obstacles and divisions in the future. In this
vision, there is a most motivating person who is helping to create this dream is
my mother. She always inspires me a lot to create this vision and gives me all
financial and mental support.
• Mission: My mission is to empower every person or capture and present my
country creativity and will build interesting I will stand by the side of many
poor helpless poverty people. According to my vision, as one of the greatest
businessmen my mission is would be a restaurant or Real Estate business.
Though it is not easy for me. But According to my opportunities it will be
possible. I am confident and believe that i am on the right way. I am a Student
of BBA Department and I want to take marketing as a major subject it will be
easier for me in business. By doing this I also took a course in computer to
improve my skills. And gaining experience in class by performing well.
Building a business will require a lot of capital. I have to do many jobs
temporarily to raise capital. If capital is not enough and will be needed. Well
trained skilled workers will be required. To start a business. I need to know that
license and other things that are required. I will know well about the market
system by studying marketing. First of all, I will start the business on a small
scale so that, I don’t have to face the problem of capital. Doing this small
business will give me an experience which will expand my business later. The
above steps will complete my mission and move me forward, towards the
 vision. I always love good authentic food so in future my restaurant business
will also keep that authentic food and serve it to people.
• Goals: In future i want to be a successful Entrepreneur. I would like to be a
responsible business person and must be creative or know how to keep their
promises. As a successful Entrepreneur I would be able to manage my time and
schedules. The things I have learned in continuing Education to my future
educational goals. I order to improve my skills in English, and learning
computer. Created tree goals before returning for my future business. Firstly I
have to get a good result in my BBA. Afterwards I will go abroad for higher
education. Secondly I have to gain experience by doing many small businesses.
And i will provide employment opportunities in the country. I will eliminate
unemployment in the country. Thirdly, if there is enough evolution, I will give
one restaurant in different districts of the country and I will have one branch in
each area of our country. I have to develop strong verbal communication skills
to effectively express my ideas and arguments. English is an International
Language, having English language education is very useful in business.
Computer learning will be very useful in modern business, so I will keep
learning computer. I think this dedication will help to improve my skills and
knowledge. All goals are very important to me and each of them in my mind
need to be accomplished. To be a good Entrepreneur in the future. I have to
change many personal habits such as,
• Be passionate about what am I doing
• Appreciate my people.
• Always consider my customer point of view
• Appreciate my competitors
• Have an exit strategy.
The above will help me a lot to reach my goal.

Objectives:

To be succeed in BBA, It’s important to maintain a high CGPA and priorities

English and extracurricular activities during the semester. Extracurricular activities
will increase my talents. I enjoy exploring many more works that will increase my
skills. joined my University language club which is helping me a lot in learning
English. I am learning computer from e learning center which will be very useful
in my future business. I am involved in various social club in my university I can
learn a lot by doing unloose social activities from a club. I try to perform well in
every class and try to do well in presentations because it will be very useful in my
future business work. Sometimes I play sports in free time which keeps my mind
good and encourages me to do other things. The above will help me a lot to reach
my goals. After completing my BBA studies, I will go to abroad for higher
education.

Conclusion: An entrepreneur, in my opinion, is a risk taker and a dreamer. It takes

a lot to start own fire, and even more to be successful. As an entrepreneur, I have
the flexibility to make my own decisions, but sometimes we are also totally
responsible for failure. To keep a business running well there must be a desire or
enthusiasm for it. A business cannot be started unless I have the desire to start
that. I have a dream about starting my own business. I know had a strong desire to
start a businesses and waiting for the perfect timing and finance. I should be
prepared to take risks. There are many successful start up firms, but there are also
countless failures. Entrepreneurship can be rewarding. It allows people to be their
own bosses, create jobs and contribute to the economy. It can also lead to personal
growth and independence. I think being an entrepreneur is very difficult but it has a
lot of freedom. Perhaps I have always been a self-starter that is motivate to try
something new. I feel confident that i cloud guide a team effectively. If I don’t
have a passionate interest in what I want to do. Chances are I won’t be very
successful. After all, I am willing to ready to be an entrepreneur is passion.
Entrepreneur is highly risky but also can be highly rewarding as it serves to
generate economic wealth, growth, and innovation. If I am an entrepreneur I will
control of my own destiny, I can make my own hours, or I can make a difference in
the world, For one, Being an entrepreneur means always being on the lookout for
new opportunities. I believe that becoming an entrepreneur is the best way for me
to achieve my long term goals. With the skill and drive that I have, I am confident
that I can build a successful business.
