Dear Mr.Nahid Perween, With reference to your application and the subsequent interviews, weare pleased to appoint you on the following terms and conditions: 1. You will be designated as “Executive- Packaging” in production department with effect from 1st January 2024 at Silvassa factory. 2. You will be paid RS.12500 /- per month for one year and based on your performance, management will decided to appoint you on company‘s payroll with the appropriate Hike on your monthly salary. 3. During your posting at Mumbai office, you will be paid monthly 02nd class local train pass which should not exceed more than Rs.500/-P.M. 4. During your posting at factories, you will be allowed for transport (company bus running as per the location and shifts) & food (1 time in factory) at subsidized price. 5. At your visit to customers and factories you will be paid as per company policy based on the assistant level. 6. You will abide by the rules and regulations of the organization that are in force and that may be applicable from time to time. you will not divulge any secrets of the organization. 7. The company reserve the right to terminate this engagement without assigning any reason or by not giving any notice to you. 8. You agree that any confidential information disclosed by management, company or its associates by orally, in writing and / or otherwise by any other mode of communication, made available to you , or by our employees , its customers, agencies, profession firms, third part etc. shall not be disclosed to anyone by any mode (oral or written, visual or electronic from, on tape, disk, drawings, sketches, sample models, any mobile applications, software tools, computer programs, software programmes etc.) subsequent to this Agreement . you shall protect the confidential information by using the same degree of care, but not less than reasonable care,to prevent the unauthorized use, dissemination or publication of the confidential information as the Employee uses to protect its own confidential information. 9. We also except that you should handle all confidential information in a sensitive and professional manner. Any terms not mentioned hereinabove would be at the sole discretion of the management.
