My dear fellow Australians,

As you may have heard, I decided to run to lead our beautiful nation. I stand before you
today with one simple purpose. I would like to explain to you all my taxation plan, which
would be implemented as soon as I am elected. Our nation deserves a more progressive tax
plan and I am willing to endorse that task. There are several reasons that pushed me to fight
for a more progressive tax plan.

Implementing a progressive tax system enables individuals facing financial difficulties to be

relieved a little bit. My main aim is to establish fairness in the distribution of tax, which
would call for a reduction of taxes for people with lower incomes and an increased to the
wealthier part of our country. Take gasoline for instance. Gasoline has a huge tax rate
because it is essential in our country. The tax money will be used to fund numerous vital
domains in our country: 40% will be used for Education, 25% will be used for healthcare, 20%
for infrastructure development and 15% will be used for environmental initiatives. This
approach reflects my commitment to building a society with economic stability and equality
in distribution of taxes.
