Consent Form for Case Study

Title of Study: Analysis of the automobile industry with special focus on Lucky Motors
Corporation

l, Moez Ul Haq Mian, agree to participate in the above-mentioned study. I understand that
the purpose of this study is to understand the automobile industry through understanding
covid’s impact on the Pakistani market, and how it impacted Lucky Motor Corporation in
their approach to manufacture and bring new cars to the market. I understand that my
participation in this study is voluntary, and I have the right to withdraw my participation at
any time without any penalty. I also understand that my responses during the interview will
be kept confidential and will be used only for the purpose of this study.

I have read and understood the purpose of this study, and I have had the opportunity to ask
any questions regarding the study before signing this consent form. I understand that my
participation in this study is entirely voluntary, and I can withdraw my consent at any time.
