WORK SAMPLING IN THE MASK PRODUCTION PROCESS

Our group has do calculation observation of work samples ( Work Sampling ) in the
clothing production process from a shop “ blinglusten ”
which is done with use number random for know When time si worker operate activity work
Good That activity direct (which is done to machine or equipment production ), activities No
directly ( tool maintenance before used , activity planning ) and activities walk (travel / move
pacing ) with differentiate When time si worker productive and Non Productive To use get
the results of sampling, data uniformity , data adequacy , and calculations time raw , and we
do measurement time Where worker the done for 10 hours ie starting at 08.00 until 15.00.
Data capture highlight an operator in charge of the mask coloring process . The following
work samples done with unit 10 minutes long so that got data processing as following :
 Working hours / day : 7 Hours (08.00 – 15.00)
 Length Unit : 10 minutes
