SUBJECT: ENRICHED VIRTUAL MODALITY FOR MARCH 4, 8, AND 9, 2024

In line with Memo 16 released by the Office of the Secretary General last February 16, 2024
regarding the St. Thomas Aquinas Double Jubilee Retreat on March 5, 6, and 7, 2024 (Tue-Thu),
the Faculty of Arts and Letters will convert to an Enriched Virtual Modality (EVM) for March 4,
8, and 9, 2024 (Mon, Fri, and Sat.).

All academic staff will attend the retreat onsite, while students are required to join online. As
stated in OSG Memo 16, “the link students need to access for each day of the retreat will be
provided. Our EdTech Center will handle the monitoring of attendance and duration of access. The
Center will also forward the report to the heads of the respective college/faculty/institute/school
after the retreat.”
