The University of Santo Tomas Alumni Association, Inc. (USTAAI) and the Thomasian Alumni
Legal Assistance Bureau (TALAB) are pleased to notify everyone about the available notary
services they offer, with special rates offered for students of the University who need to have their
University-required documents notarized.

For those who wish to avail of the service, you are requested to personally visit the USTAAI office
located at Room 322 Buenaventura Garcia Paredes, O.P. building between 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
Mondays to Fridays (except holidays) and to bring the original and a clear photocopy of their valid
government ID with picture.
