MODERN, WARM, AND INVITING, PERFECT FOR A CONJUGAL FAMILY.

This project was completed for our fiercely driven client, a passionate lady with a vision for her
family's future who entrusted us with designing her dream residential flat in the vibrant
neighborhoods of Chitlapakkam.

We created the space, which consists of a stilt with basic amenities such as access to a lift lobby,
a guard room, and a small quiet area. And two floors, one a mirror of the other, leading through
the foyer to a spacious, bright, and airy living room, adorned with an open-concept layout that
seamlessly connects the salon and the dining hall, ventilated with bay windows savouring the
essence of natural light, culinary space connected with a utility room enhancing the functionality
of daily tasks.
A small area designed for a sacred enclave, two rooms adorned with French windows offer a
tranquil atmosphere of comfort and warmth, and are joined by adjoining bathrooms with niche
areas for personal retreats. Finally, beyond the boundaries is a delightful "sit out," the ideal
setting for evening chai discussions, making every moment a treasured chapter.

This building is a perfect blend of privacy and community living, where every detail is crafted to
elevate a simple yet decorous lifestyle.
