MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH,

1. That the above mentioned case is pending before this Hon’ble Court
and is fixed for hearing for today i.e. 09.05.2019.

2. The applicant/accused went to Panaji, Goa for official work on dated

28.04.2019. Herein, fight ticket is annexed for further consideration
as ANNEXURE-A/1.

3. The applicant/accused in his official tour is now suffering from upper

respiratory tract infection and is under treatment for the same at
Capital Health, Panaji, Goa and was advised for 4 days complete rest.
As per the doctor advice applicant/accused can resume his daily
activities from 12.05.2019. Herein, prescription is annexed for
further consideration as ANNEXURE-A/2.
PRAYER
In view of above circumstances this Hon’ble court is requested to kindly allow
this exemption application from personal appearance for today dated
09.05.2019 only in the above case for the applicant /accused Anup Sinha and
order accordingly.
