MONARCH - UCMP Solution For MNK
1. IM needs UCMP if braking part not in same axis with driving sheave.
2. IM with UCMP needs a auxiliary brake.
3. PM with the function of advanced open door or re-leveling needs UCMP .
4. PM needs regular detection for braking force with the same standard of Europe.
Explanation:
1. SCB – A with A3 certification, can be used in Europe
and other countries.
2. SCB-A1 without A3 certification, the same use with
SCB-A.
3. Add car door contactor in control cabinet when using
SCB-C.
4. When installing leveling sensors, make sure h3 is less
then 150mm.

Attention :
Add door lock contactor in

Circuit before hall door circuit.
Attention: X26 only for door lock short circuit detection, X27 is door lock input.
test condition :
Inspection switch valid and car stop at door area, keep door closed with door lock signal
closed.
Test operations :
1)Set F3-24=2 to open UCMP test function.
2)Cut off door lock signal (by door lock switch in cabinet .
3)Press ins up or down button, shorting door lock circuit contactor act and door lock short
connected, lift runs in ins control mode.
4)when the car out of door area, UCMP module will cut off door lock short connection, the lift
will show E65(UCMP error ) and stop.
Explanation :
1)F3-24=2 is useless if the lift does not satisfy test condition.
2)After setting F3-24=2, the parameter will be 0 when power off or run one time.
3)In the UCMP test mode, start acceleration rate is 0.8m/s2,acceleration start and end jerk
time are both 1.0s to make average of start acceleration rate is more the 0.5m/s2
