The Vendor hereby agree that the receipt of the Sale Consideration simultaneously with the

execution and registration of the Sale Deed as aforesaid shall be full and final discharge of
the Purchasers’ obligations under this Agreement and the Sale Deed in respect of the
absolute conveyance of the Property Hereby Conveyed, less the Advance Consideration paid
pursuant to this Agreement, after deduction of applicable taxes as per the NRI segment and
based on the Exemption Certificate which will be provided by the CA.
