TASK - 03
Safety and Health policies for conference/meeting halls are made to protect ourselves, and it
is very important to think about the computer health and safety in your office, because
technology will create lot of health issues. For that, users have to follow the Rules to avoid
disappointment.

Safety policies

For the Conference hall,

 To avoid electric shorts and electric leak, we need to cover all wires properly. And all main
plugs should be original ones, because sometimes it will have damaged if that duplicate then
it will affect to the machines.
 In the conference hall, there will be a heat because of machines’ fans. Therefore, it is better if
the conference hall has air condition facility. Then there will be no risk.

For the Users,

 Users should follow the rules. Such as,
(No foods at hall, private machines not allowed, etc...)
 Once you log on to something in the computer, make sure to log off that before you leave.
 Do not do any harm for the computer and computer parts.
 Shut down the computer, switches, light, fan and A/C properly after your works.

Conclusion
For this Assignment, I have gathered information from Internet and Books. In addition, I
convert all that information into my words to put in this. I put what requirement this company
needs and details about safety and health for the company. I mentioned the References,
bibliography and picture figures for the requirements what I gathered. I have put my full
effort to finish this this assignment, and it was a good experience to me. I am very Thankful
to ICBT College and My lecture Mr. Chatura N. Warnasuriya for giving me a good
