DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CMA REGISTRATION:

1.CMA - Foundation

Every Candidate require to submit or enclosed following documents with application form:

 Attested Copy of Matriculation Certificate

 Attested copy of 10+2 Certificate or Marks Statement
 3(Three) Passport size photographs – (One pasted on application form, one pasted on
identity card and one to be attached with application)

(Attestation should be by any member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India /The
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ The Institute of Company Secretaries of
India/Parliament/State Legislative Assembly or a Gazetted Officer or a Principal of a college)

2.CMA-Intermediate

Every Candidate require to submit or enclosed following documents with application form:

1. Attested Copy of Matriculation Certificate

2. Attested copy of 10+2 Certificate or Marks Statement
3. Attested copy of the degree
(Three) Passport size photographs - (One pasted on application form, one pasted on identity

card and one to be attached with application)

3.CMA-FINAL

Every Candidate require to submit or enclosed following documents with application form:

1. Passport Photo
2. Specimen Signature
3. Age Proof
4. 10th Pass Marksheet.
5. 12th Pass MarkSheet.
6. CMA Intermediate Pass (both Group-I & Group-II) Marksheet/Certificate
