Today 18.03.2024 received a written complaint from one Ratan Kr.Dutta S/o Biswaranyan Dutta of Chapra Post Office para ,P.S- Chapra lodged a
written complain to the effect that he has Glass selling shop at Srinagar Aamtalamore. On 05/03/23 at 13.00 hrs received a phone call from phone no
9933121525 who placed few order for purchasing Glass and he asked to send the bill to 8453426364 by Whatsapp. Then he send a bar code by
Whatsapp and asked to send Rs 5/- which the complaint did and instantly the money was refunded, then by mistake he send Rs 26,600/- by Phone-pe
in no 9401593611,and Rs 26,600/- by G-pay. The money was never refunded and he was cheated. Over this written complaint Krishnagar Cyber P.S
Case no 13/24 dt.18/03/24 u/s 420/406 IPC was started.
