COMMUNIQUE

Dear students of Levels 400 and 600, YOUR TEACHING PRACTICE (TP2) ended
on the 31st of MARCH 2024. Kindly submit your TP 2 REPORT and DAILY
ACTIVITY Report to your CC, without fail, before 3:00 pm, Friday 12 th APRIL
2024. The CCs should collect the reports and arrange them in packages according to
OPTIONS and DEPARTMENT and submit same, without fail to the OFFICE of HOS-
TI at the latest Tuesday 16th APRIL 2024, 3:00 PM
NOTE:

- To be included in the submission, List of students who have submitted. This list should be SIGNED BY

THE STUDENT!

- The Daily Activities report sheets should be bind with a cover page, same that used for dissertation in

HTTTC, and submitted as a separate document

- The student should print a copy of the TP 2 Evaluation Form-2024 and the Daily Activity Evaluation

form-2024, Hand Fill-in the required student’s information and insert each form in the corresponding

Report at submission.
