habit about?
This habit talks about the importance of
taking responsibility of our own actions
and decisions, and understanding that
every choice we make can have an impact
in our life. The habit focuses on helping you
earn awareness about the consequences
of your actions and what choices can be
made to reach your goals and live
according to your values

Proactive is the name of a self-initiated
behavior that looks to solve a problem
before it has occurred, its based on
accting in advance of a future situation
instead of just reating to it.

Reactive is a type of behaviour in which one
expresses and immediate response to a
feeling about an uncontrollable situation.
