Hello Cornelia!

I hope this letter finds you well. I’m writing to tell you some exciting news! My brother started to
study abroad, in London.

He chose the Informatics field of study in the university. He always was keen on programming, and
he’s a native speaker in English, that’s why he decided to study there.

Our family and friends are very proud of him. My parents were a bit worried at first, but they know
he’s very responsible and he said he would call them every day.

My brother’s flat in London is pretty big, but that’s because he has 3 other roommates. He said he
doesn’t mind though, and one person is also from abroad so they can share their struggles. They
have to share a kitchen and living room. They also have two bathrooms.

My parents allowed me to visit him at the end of June. I even had the idea to take you with me! We
would be there for two weeks and come back with my brother. I hope your parents will let you.
